Patricia Aguirre, DMD
Dr. Patricia Aguirre graduated from Javeriana University in Bogatá, Columbia, where she received a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, Dr. Aguirre worked for a year as a general dentist in rural Colombia as part of a federally mandated dental health program.
Following this enriching experience she returned to Javeriana University to obtain a postdoctoral certificate in Endodontics and teach as Diagnostic Clinical Instructor. Dr. Aguirre then opened a private practice devoted to endodontics in her hometown of Cali, Colombia.
After three years in private practice, Dr. Aguirre made the decision to come to the United States to further her professional training. She completed the Advanced Standing Program at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, culminating in a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Aguirre worked at our Gateway location for 5 years prior to transferring to our University office.
Dr. Aguirre is Invisalign certified. She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
When not working she enjoys time with her husband, Dr. Luis Chamorro, daughter Gabriella and son, Christian.

Simon Adir, DDS
Dr. Simon Adir received his Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the University of Maryland College Park in 1982 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1986.
Dr. Adir practiced for one year outside of Washington DC and then made a 21 year dental home in private practice in South Florida before moving to the Charlotte area in 2009. He brings the skills of placing implants, performing aligner orthodontics and cosmetic and general dentistry.
Dr. Adir has a love for dentistry because it offers him the ability to help people change their lives by making them healthier, giving them more confidence by improving their smile as well as improving the quality of their lives by correcting their bite and even simply by keeping their teeth healthy and functioning well. His philosophy has always been to treat his patients the way that he would want to be treated and to get the patients involved in their own oral health to be a part of their treatment decisions.
Dr. Adir resides in South Union County with his wife Sherrie and their dog Harley. He enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf and tennis, cars, working out and traveling.
